Made from hardened materials sourced either from Fushun Special Steel (China) or imported international brands. The water channel section is machined to specification before heat treatment, while the molding (plastic contact) section undergoes finish machining after hardening.
The thread clearance, fitting height, and perpendicularity are controlled within 0.01 mm, with a surface finish of Ra 0.6. The dimensional tolerance of the molding area can reach a precision of ±0.005 mm.
